fist
Diminutif de l’anglais fist-fucking qui signifie faire l’amour avec le poing. Pénétration vaginale et/ou anale de la main entière, parfois au-delà du poignet, mais aussi de gadgets et ustensiles. La dilatation des orifices naturels doit faire l’objet d’un long apprentissage mutuel, et du respect des limites de chacun.
Prévention
Outre l’usage généreux d’un lubrifiant, pour prévenir notamment les risques de fissures anales, le port de gants de latex est vivement conseillé afin d’éviter tout risque de contamination.
