Autrefois, on se posait peu de questions sur la façon de consommer une relation sexuelle. Les trois positions d'usage étaient le missionnaire, la levrette et l'amazone. Avec la redécouverte du kama sutra et le besoin de s'épanouir dans sa vie sexuelle, toutes les fantaisies sont désormais permises.
